Koppers Australia commenced operation in Australia on February 28, 1967 as a joint venture between Koppers Company, Inc. (KCI) and the Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited (BHP).
Over the years, Koppers Australia has expanded its product and service range. It has undertaken joint ventures and worked with industry partners and researchers to continually develop its products and services to meet customer’s changing needs.
Koppers Australia invests heavily in the upgrade and maintenance of its plants to improve efficiency and environmental performance.
